What's hot .... for week beginning Wednesday 30 July

Welcome to my new 'stay-at-home-Mum' initiative .... my weekly grocery bargain blog

I've been following the junk mail sales since coming back to Canberra and can see you can save 50% on the staples regularly by being smart about where you shop.

We are lucky in Gungahlin having Woolworths - Coles and Aldi all within walking distance so I'm cashing in and saving my pennies.
